Developing a Results Management System (RMS) for the UN in Malawi

Description:

During this mandate, the main tasks undertaken by ADA Consultants were the following:

• Assessing the current infrastructure across all UN agencies in Malawi and identifying requirements of the UN system with respect to UNDAF planning, monitoring and reporting.
• Designing and developing a web based user-friendly UNDAF RMS accessible to different stakeholders with varying levels of access to enhance the ability of the UN to plan, monitor and report on results periodically
• Building the capacity of UN staff across multiple agencies to manage the system through specific training and help documents, tutorials etc.
• Ensuring technical support and development of additional features/refinements based on requirements.
